Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund:
- The photo must have a visible defect (e.g., blur, distortion) that occurred due to camera or processing issues.
- You must request a refund within 30 days of purchase.
Note: Refunds are not granted for issues unrelated to our service, such as customer dissatisfaction with the photo’s content or composition.
Please email with the School, Class and ID number of the student.
